Sea of spectators on National Mall. Photographers crowd a camera stand as people fill the National Mall before the inauguration of Barack. More than 1 million people crammed
onto the National Mall and along the inauguration parade route Tuesday January 20th, 2009 to celebrate the swearing-in of America's
first black president in what was one of the largest-ever gatherings in the nation's capital.
The crowd stretched nearly two miles on the National Mall — from the Capitol to the steps of the Lincoln Memorial, where Martin Luther
King Jr. delivered his “I Have a Dream” speech in 1963.
People stood shoulder-to-shoulder as Barack Obama was sworn in as the nation's 44th president of the United States of America. The crowd was so tightly
packed that some people complained they felt claustrophobic. After the Inauguration and Presidential luncheon, millions of people cheered
as President Obama's drove and also walked along the parade route with his wife Michele and Vice-President Joe Biden and his wife.

Dear Albert,
When the children of Haiti needed you most, you were there. THANK YOU.
You can be satisfied that your donation is already saving lives. 48 hours ago, UNICEF delivered tons of supplies to the Haitian capital and more are on the way. See below for additional details.
This is the appeal we're sending out today to our list. We're not sending it to you to ask for more money, but to see if you'd be willing to forward it to your family members, friends or even office mates.
Children are in dire need. You can do so much by asking others to join you in giving to relief efforts.
Warmly,
Caryl M. Stern

P.S. After you forward the message below to friends you can help spread the word on Facebook and Twitter.

This charitable initiative is based on the premise that “One Makes the Difference.” Whether “One” represents one person, one dollar, one hour, or one action, it is a call to you and to me. The mission and strategic goals are many.
- The goal is to inspire actions that change our world.
- The goal is to get more people involved to make a difference.
- The goal is to appeal for awareness action, and donations.
- The goal is to inspire you to ask yourself, “How can I help THEM?”
- The goal is to get you to think and then do any little thing or large.
- The goal is to convince you that “What Your Mind Can Conceive and Believe, Your Mind Can Achieve.”
- The goal is to provide low-tech and high tech supplies, medicines, medical information, and medical/health equipment, services and consults to globally underserviced areas.
- The goal is to build a global medical/health networked system of telemedicine.
- The goal is to assist with the abatement of poverty, ignorance, and hopelessness.
- The goal is to get you to believe in the physics scientific principle that you are not too small to make a difference. Even the tiniest action you take will set forces into motion that will reverberate throughout the world for an eternity; in that the law of conservation of energy states that the total amount of energy in an isolated system remains constant. A consequence of this law is that energy cannot be created nor destroyed.
How can I convince you to do something?
The good and the bad about the American news media and the overall electronic media coverage system. This site includes harsh and complimentary commentary on news, advertising, TV, radio, and Internet interviews and interviewers that affect the world and American people’s opinions, understanding of truth, and so-called opinion polls.
